Brewing a bold new site for the UK’s largest Costa franchise operator

When Scoffs came to us, they wanted a website that truly represented who they are — bold yet approachable, and built to showcase their scale and success with character.

Designed to stir things up

Every element on the Scoffs website was designed to do more than just look good — it had to feel like Scoffs.

The custom Google Map matches the site’s colours, with unique pins for each franchise brand. Interactive touches (like liquid-filled button hovers and headings) add warmth and movement without slowing things down.

Swirled red backgrounds echo a stirred coffee cup, while papery textures and torn section dividers subtly nod to takeaway packaging.

Our copywriting took the same approach: confident, conversational, and true to the brand. Paired with custom hand-drawn illustrations and smooth scroll animations, the result is a site that feels warm, engaging, and unmistakably Scoffs.
